Learning Experience Design Expert (f/m/x)

The division “People and Organizational Innovation” is responsible for driving the people and organizational development agenda to support achieving RBIs Vision and Mission. Our ambition is to create a work environment that enables people to be at their best, fosters innovation as well as creativity and high performance and thus attracts and retains talented people.

What you can expect:
  • Guiding the collaborative process for developing impactful learning experiences and designing tools to support learning in the flow of work and learning from and with each other
  • Consulting business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct need analysis and develop learning experiences to enhance personal effectiveness as well as support growth of business
  • Putting the learner first and designing human-centered learning experiences, from stand-alone solutions (in-person, online, self-service, etc.)  to learning journeys as well as entire curricula and academies
  • Developing concepts on how to measure the impact of learning and assuring that learning measures support organizational objectives
  • Developing the learning infrastructure, creating new learning formats, and curating learning content on our learning platform
  • Planning and hosting events and info campaigns to coach learners and leaders on the mindset and tools for active learning

What you bring to the table:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the learning and development area
  • University degree potentially with a focus on organizational development, instructional design, education technology, change management, psychology, or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods
  • Experience with human-centered design, and/or user experience design and/or agile learning methodologies
  • Proven project management skills, preferably within a large-scale international environment
  • Proficiency in designing multimedia formats preferred
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and a good sense for business
  • Full team player, well-organized with a highly supportive nature
  • Eagerness to deal with ambiguity and a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills (English, German) and ability to connect to people through all hierarchical levels of the organization
