Your responsibilities

The Grant Office of ISTA supports the application and management of projects funded by public and private funding bodies. During your internship, you will be helping the post-award team with the administrative tasks related to management of research projects:

• Managing time recording process for scientists allocated to projects
• Initiating workflows in digital signature (software based)
• Various administrative tasks related to financial controlling of projects and audits

Your profile

• Ongoing studies (BSc or MSc) preferably in business/economics
• Attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Good command of English (Institute language) and German
• Previous work experience in an office environment is an advantage
