Job Introduction

We are seeking for a Business Architect for IT Voice Communication Solutions to help drive alignment between ATM VCS market requirements, our business strategy, and our capabilities to deliver IT voice solutions to our global customer base. Key Task

  • Strategic Alignment: Accountable for ensuring that the product architecture roadmap is aligned with the business goals and objectives. Bridging the gap between business and product ensuring that technology investments support and drive business outcomes
  • Architecture Roadmap: Collaboratively creates the vision, evolution and communicates the VCS architectural strategy and technical/technological roadmap. Anchors and drives the architecture roadmap into everyday operations
  • Strategic Planning: Work with leadership teams to translate business strategies into actionable value-driven business and VCS product capabilities
  • Transformation Management: Support business transformation efforts by providing insights into how changes will impact the sales, development, and delivery organization from an architectural perspective
  • Process Improvement: Analyse, design, and improve business, development, and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and agility
  • Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business process and capability effectiveness

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • 10-15 years' experience as business IT architect in a safety critical or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of modern IT communication technologies and its challenges
  • Proven ability to analyse and design business architectural processes and capabilities
  • Critical Thinker and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent English language and presentation skills; additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong team player, having an intercultural mind set, paired with international travel willingness

Annual Salary

EUR 70.000

Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
