Your Tasks

  • You will work on exciting projects in the field of asset management (including cross-divisional projects): You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility in your area of responsibility from the outset and contribute your ideas.
  • You will be the first point of contact for insurance companies: You will act as the point of contact for our insurance companies, providing support with questions relating to portfolio management, reporting enquiries and preparing and attending investment meetings - both online and on-site
  • Data management and quality assurance: You are responsible for collecting, processing and analysing portfolio data
  • Support in the planning process: You actively support our insurance companies in the planning process and carry out detailed analyses of portfolio development and plausibility checks
  • Market observation and trend analyses: You have your finger on the pulse of the markets you support.

Your Profile

  • Motivated personality and enjoy familiarising yourself with new subject areas. A structured mentoring programme and a flat hierarchy will help you to grow into the role quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills, independent and solution-orientated way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Degree in economics, specialising in capital markets or financing preferred
  • Ideally initial experience in portfolio management / asset management (graduates with initial internship experience are also welcome)
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of English and German; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (max. 10%)

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 2 948,75 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
