Internship IT Governance (all genders)

COO GRC and Outsourcing is a central governance unit close to the Chief Operations Officer. It operates in tension between regulatory requirements (Outsourcing, IT Risk, Resolution) on the one hand and eagerness to “implement and go” by IT and business on the other.Our mission is to create and maintain data & information, policies, procedures and tools as well as solid relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum compliance and enable sound decision-making while keeping any negative impact on business activities low. 

• Participate in development, implementation and rollout of Key metrics related to IT-Risk, Outsourcing and other Governance topics.
• Support team in compiling, organizing, preparing, and maintaining an assortment of reports, information and data
• Support team in Governance related projects and initiatives

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Information Technology - affinity towards conceptual understanding of Information Technology (network, server, database, application, firewall, etc.) needed
• Ability to adapt and learn e.g. work on more complex tasks independently while following a structured process or instructions
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with data analytics, - statistics and data visualization as well as as an advantage with data manipulation
• Fluency in English and German 
   

• Exciting and challenging part-time internship (19.25h/week) as of January 2025 until December 2025
• We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group
