The „ Rewards Management“ Team is part of the department “Group Remuneration and Reporting” and as such responsible for Job Architecture and Compensation Analysis and Structure. The team interacts as a center of competence with clients such as HR Business Partners, Managers as well as Members of the Executive Board.

Your Tasks

  • Varied tasks in Human Resources, especially within Rewards Management
  • Creation and further development of reports and statistics on various HR key figures as well as data analyses and reporting
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations for internal stakeholders and supporting the team in local and group-wide projects
  • Collaboration in advising internal customers and close co-operation with other departments

Your Background

  • Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics, human resources or data analytics with ideally some work experience in HR
  • You have very good data analyzing skills, a hands on mentality and handle sensitive and confidential data discretely
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have well advanced IT and MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point. Programming knowledge is an advantage
