To support our mission in Retail Banking to build a
digital bank with human touch, we are looking for a professional with strong human-centred design track record. You will join our interdisciplinary CX & Design team based in Vienna and contribute to our effort to embed and scale service design practice in our retail banking business, in both headquarters team as well as across our banks in Central & Eastern Europe. You follow the service design practice that we have recently created and bring your own effort and imagination to foster true customer-centric culture, to evolve and nurture our young community of service design practitioners.
