Senior Service Designer (f/m/x) - International Retail Banking
To support our mission in Retail Banking to build a digital bank with human touch, we are looking for a professional with strong human-centred design track record. You will join our interdisciplinary CX & Design team based in Vienna and contribute to our effort to embed and scale service design practice in our retail banking business, in both headquarters team as well as across our banks in Central & Eastern Europe. You follow the service design practice that we have recently created and bring your own effort and imagination to foster true customer-centric culture, to evolve and nurture our young community of service design practitioners.

Your mission at RBI
Empower the retail organization to create value propositions and cohesive customer experiences.
Collaborate with Group Product Owners, CX & Design community, and Retail banking units in CEE markets to craft exceptional customer experiences.
Drive the adoption of service design practices, fostering a customer-centric culture and supporting the growth of service design practitioners.
Travel within RBI Group's Central & Eastern European countries, and ready to handle projects across all lifecycle stages.
Responsibilities include working on end-customer facing projects and nurturing the growing service design community across CEE from Vienna's CX & Design team.
Your core competencies
5+ years' experience in service design or a mix of service, UX, and research design.
Bachelor's or master's degree in design, social sciences, psychology, or computer science.
Demonstrated proficiency in service design practices, ideally certified in human-centered design, design thinking, service design.
Skilled in Miro, Sketch, Figma for iterative product development with diverse teams.
Strong showcase of product thinking, storytelling, and design craftsmanship.
Strategic decision-making integrating user, business, and technical aspects, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Fluency in English.

Salary: The initial gross yearly salary starts at 65.000 Euro (based on full-time) including overtime. We are open to offering a higher compensation based on your qualifications and experience.
