As an HR Business Partner at Siemens Energy, you will be a key member of our HR Business Partner Team working closely together with a Senior HR BP to support leaders in all HR related topics. In this role you play a crucial part in supporting the HR Business Partner team in aligning our SE HR initiatives and functions with strategic objectives and business needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Acting as HR Business Partner for location Linz (factory) in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner Team in Austria
- Driving and supporting our HR priorities like Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement
- Ensuring people related annual cycles e.g. Merit, MyPerformance in close collaboration with your Business
- Acting as an ambassador for our people culture as well as playing a key role in enabling diversity, equity and inclusion
- Supporting the Regional HR BP team by preparing fact-based presentations using dashboards/data analytics
- Participating in HR projects, programs and initiatives as well as preparing and facilitating workshops for the Leadership Team
What You Bring
- Completed University Degree in Human Resources
- Approx. 5 years of professional experience with background in a factory-environment (including shift schedules) in a fast-paced and demanding HR environment
- Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- Advanced know-how in HR processes and data analytics to support HR initiatives, advanced knowledge of SAP (e.g. queries) and Workday preferred
- Experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects, good experience in project management is desirable
- Excellent German language and very good English language skills (written & spoken)
- Acting as a pro-active team player with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position is € 75.000,-- gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week) including an All-In compensation package.
