Sustainability Expert (m/f/d)

As our new Sustainability Manager, you will shape and lead IMS Nanofabrication's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with key regulations like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and European Sustainability Reporting Standards. Join us to drive meaningful initiatives that enhance environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices throughout our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IMS sustainability strategy by creating a comprehensive roadmap and defining KPIs to track progress.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CSRD and ESRS, coordinating data collection and reporting with the Finance team.
• Collaborate across departments to embed sustainability into operations and engage with external stakeholders to foster partnerships.
• Promote sustainability awareness through training, internal communication, and an ambassador program.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring industry trends and refining strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven (at least 3 years) experience in sustainability management or a related role, ideally within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations (CSRD, CSRS) and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
