Join our dynamic Credit Portfolio Management team in the Risk area, where we proactively manage and mitigate a variety of risks associated with our broad credit portfolio. Our team manages country, intragroup, and industry risks, as well as addressing the full spectrum of other external factors that could affect the safety and soundness of our credit portfolio. We maintain a proactive approach, using strategic thinking and rigorous analytics to evaluate risk and opportunities.

Your mission at RBI:

  • Collaborate with our experienced team members in conducting thorough credit risk assessments, analyzing the potential impacts of various economic factors
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of our credit portfolio, including country, intragroup, and industry risks. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate risks within our credit portfolio and improve the overall risk/return profile.
  • Help in managing the bank's credit exposure, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analyses related to the bank's credit portfolio, as required

Your core competencies:

  • Ongoing master studies in Finance, Economics, or related field with strong quantitative focus
  • Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial data
  • You are self-motivated, focused, result-oriented, resilient and communicative
  • Very good knowledge of English

Nice to have:

  • Programming skills in R and/or Python and readiness to learn further
  • Prior experience within finance or risk management is highly desirable
