Internship (f/m/x) - Group ESG & Sustainability Management (38,5h/week)
Would you like to be part of RBI´s sustainability journey? Group ESG & Sustainability Management drives the holistic ESG approach within the banking group and deals with the Principles for Responsible Banking, new tasks related to sustainability reporting, Human Rights, ESG ratings and the ESG stakeholder engagement.

Your role with us on the team:
- Support with project management tasks
- Participation in internal IT processes as well as application maintenance
- Support in sustainability reporting (data collection and monitoring)
- Research activities and deep dive evaluation on sustainability/ESG topics
- Processing of sustainability rating enquiries including development of automated solutions
- Support with the preparation of documents - especially for internal and external presentations
- Other organizational and administrative tasks
This job is made for you, if...
- You are actively studying, for example in the fields of sustainability, economics, technology, or natural sciences (focus on IT is an advantage)
- You are extremely interested in the topics of sustainability/ESG, especially related to environment and climate protection as well as on social topics
- You feel comfortable using various IT systems and applications (project management systems such as JIRA, data collection software)
- You have a very good command of English, German is an asset
You have excellent MS Office skills:
- Excel: you are a master in excel, know how to create pivot tables and might even
- have had experience with Power BI
- PowerPoint: slides are created quickly and creatively
- Sharepoint: Managing a Sharepoint Site including user management and content creation
- You have first experience in data analysis
