IT Risk Manager - Group IT Risk Management (w/m/x)
Group IT Risk Management drives the management of IT Risks (all risk related to the usage of Information Technology) in HO and our Austrian subsidiaries and at the same time is the Group Function for IT Risk Management for all units in RBI Group.
Your role at RBI
- Evaluate the risk levels of internal and third party IT services and support IT with your knowledge and experience in the definition of corrective measures.
- Support reporting of IT risks to top management and regulators and ensure reporting quality
- Provide guidance for IT colleagues for the design, implementation and test of IT controls according to international standards and regulatory requirements, and validate the effectiveness of these controls.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls across RBI Group
- Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and other governance units (Operational Risk Mgmt, Information & Cyber Security, Internal Control System, etc)
- Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits to ensure that appropriate remediation measures have been taken.
- Drive implementation of the IT risk management framework and the continuous improvement of maturity in all units across CEE and Austria
Your core competencies:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security or 5+ years of experience in IT audit
- Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL etc.)
- Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration or relevant job experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Self-driven, independently working and highly team-oriented personality
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
- Excellent command of English
Nice to have:
- Fluent in German is an advantage
