The position

As of now we are looking for a Project Manager for our learning systems and expertise with digital adaptation platforms (DAP). In this position you are based in Vienna, act globally and moreover coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement DAP solutions across company platforms. Your contribution will help meet business needs and advance our learning ecosystem.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsibility for implementing, designing, developing and maintaining DAP solutions for medicine applications
• Coordinate with Product- and IT-Teams to ensure the correct configuration and deployment into new applications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse system processes and business requirements and propose relevant DAP solutions
• Design and develop engaging and interactive DAP solutions as e.g. walkthroughs, tips, launchers, etc.
• Provide first line technical support and troubleshooting for DAP-related issues, stay current with platform update and best practices to continuously improve the DAP strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural science, learning management or equivalent field with experience in working in a global, cross-functional business environment, ideally Pharma (GxP)
• Ability to lead and manage learning programs and projects end-to-end with extensive experience in a professional position with focus on digital platform adaptations, preferably in a global matrix setting
• Profound knowledge and expertise in adult learning methodology for regulated environments and experience with digital adoption and learning platforms such as SAP Enable Now, Whatfix or similar tools
• Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills coupled with strong technical abilities and a creative out-of-the box mindset
• Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 60.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
