Our client in the field of IT & Banking is an established, internationally operating company in a complex technological and regulatory environment. Within a highly interconnected system landscape and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, digital platforms and services are continuously being further developed – with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Your responsibilities:
- Structured requirements analysis and documentation of results
- Critical analysis of existing solutions and development of well-founded optimization proposals
- Support in UI and solution design activities
- Analysis of backend systems and interfaces
- Definition and specification of REST/JSON APIs
- Creation of detailed functional and technical specifications
- Development of high-quality, implementation-ready user stories
- Contribution to artifacts within the framework of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Facilitation of workshops, alignment meetings, and discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Documentation of workshop results and agreements
- Maintenance, versioning, and continuous updating of analysis and specification documents
- Support of development, testing, and design teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Advising on the identification and utilization of potential in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLM)
Your profile as the ideal candidate:
- At least five years of professional experience in an IT or banking environment
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, modeling, as well as interface analysis and definition
- Practical understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON
- Experience in analyzing and verifying interfaces, e.g., using browser developer tools
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and common delivery models
- Experience with versioning and collaborative documentation platforms
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Experience working with internationally distributed teams
- Structured, organized, and analytical working style
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as diplomatic yet assertive communication
- Confident handling of complex system landscapes
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/LLM topics, for example:
- Model Context Protocol
- Orchestration patterns for AI-driven systems
- Agent-to-agent communication
- Multi-agent approaches or super-agent system design
