Team Lead – Service Technicians

What the job is all about:

Carrying out the annual maintenance of all Spidercam systems in Austria and abroad (rental, fixed installations, special systems (FPP). Carrying out upgrades, repairs, support cases and cable replacements including all the associated preparations.

Assembly of new Spidercam systems.

The standard working hours for this role are generally based on a traditional Monday to Friday week with flexitime. However, when it comes to productions and events, this role thrives on flexibility and commitment: during such periods, it may be necessary to work in the evenings or at weekends to ensure the successful delivery of exciting projects and to make special experiences possible.

Übersicht

Durchführung der jährlichen Wartung aller Spidercam-Systeme im In- und Ausland (Vermietung, Festinstallationen, Spezialsysteme (FPP). Durchführung von Upgrades, Reparaturen, Supportfällen und Kabelaustausch inklusive aller damit verbundenen Vorbereitungen.

Zusammenbau neuer Spidercam Systeme.

Der reguläre Arbeitszeitrahmen für diese Position orientiert sich grundsätzlich an einer klassischen Montag-bis-Freitag-Woche mit Gleitzeit. Bei Produktionen und Events lebt diese Rolle jedoch von Flexibilität und Engagement: In solchen Phasen kann es erforderlich sein, auch abends oder am Wochenende im Einsatz zu sein, um spannende Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen und besondere Erlebnisse möglich zu machen.

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:

Maintenance work

  • Mechanical and electrical check
  • Carrying out safety-related tests
  • International damage and fault repairs (support hotline)
  • Implementation of upgrades (HW/SW), repairs
  • Independent error analysis and correction

Mechanical work

  • Drilling, cutting, filing
  • Reading mechanical plans/drawings

Electrical work

  • Soldering, wiring, crimping
  • Reading electrical schematics
  • Assembly of new Spidercam systems
  • Assistance with commissioning

Administrative Activities

  • Inventory management (ordering, etc.)
  • Assisting in stock inventory
  • Documentation
  • Warehouse management
  • Communication with customers, partners, suppliers and internal departments

Aufgaben, Zuständigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Wartungsarbeiten

  • Mechanische und elektrische Überprüfung
  • Durchführung von sicherheitstechnischen Prüfungen
  • Internationale Schadens- und Störungsbehebung (Support-Hotline)
  • Durchführung von Upgrades (HW/SW), Reparaturen
  • Unabhängige Fehleranalyse und -behebung

Mechanische Arbeiten

  • Bohren, Schneiden, Feilen
  • Lesen von mechanischen Plänen/Zeichnungen

Elektrische Arbeiten

  • Löten, Verdrahten, Crimpen
  • Lesen von elektrischen Schaltplänen
  • Bau von neuen Spidercam-Systemen
  • Technische Inbetriebnahme vor Ort bei Kunden

Administrative Tätigkeiten

  • Verwaltung des Lagerbestands (Bestellungen, usw.)
  • Mithilfe bei der Bestandsaufnahme
  • Dokumentation
  • Verwaltung des Lagers
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen

Job Requirements:

Knowledge/Education/Training/Experience:

  • HTL (electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics)
  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience desired
  • Programming knowledge is an advantage (PLC)
  • Knowledge of Beckhoff TwinCat 2,3 is an advantage
  • Office package
  • Network knowledge
  • Good operating system knowledge (MS Windows)
  • Knowledge of signal processing (optical, electrical)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Basic knowledge of CAD

Berufliche Anforderungen

Kenntnisse / Bildung / Ausbildung / Erfahrung

  • HTL (Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Elektronik)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung erwünscht
  • Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil (SPS)
  • Kenntnisse in Beckhoff TwinCat 2,3 von Vorteil
  • Office-Paket
  • Netzwerkkenntnisse
  • Gute Betriebssystemkenntnisse (MS Windows)
  • Kenntnisse in der Signalverarbeitung (optisch, elektrisch)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in CAD

For this position, the CBA minimum salary is EUR 2.918,40 (employment group III after 2 employment group years), with the readiness for overpayment depending on qualifications and work experience.

Für diese Stelle beträgt das Mindestgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag EUR 2.918,40 (Verwendungsgruppe III nach zwei Berufsjahren), wobei je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung eine höhere Vergütung möglich ist.
