Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Key User for planning systems in four main areas within the Global Supply Chain department (plasma, production, packaging, and supply & replenishment planning)
- Support ongoing transformation in planning technology
- Member of the Kinaxis Planning Software center of excellence
- Point of contact for local sites for occurring problems, harmonization, and improvement ideas
- Implement as project manager identified initiatives
- Foster collaboration between our manufacturing sites and assess harmonization potential and best practices also outside of the planning system and implement those as a global standard
- Create and monitor key KPIs within your area of responsibility
- Keep up to date with innovation and technology developments
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in supply chain planning in a multinational environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
- Experience with SAP and Kinaxis
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
