Über unseren Kunden:

Our client is an internationally operating financial institution with a strong focus on excellent customer service. This position is offered on a full-time basis.

Aufgaben:

• You are the first point of contact for members, providing competent, service-oriented and professional support across all their financial needs.
• You open and manage accounts, process applications and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all administrative processes.
• You advise members on banking products and services, particularly account and lending products, and support them in selecting suitable solutions.
• You calculate loan and interest rates, prepare the relevant documentation and support the processing of loan applications.
• You ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Anforderungen:

• At least two years of professional experience in private client or retail banking.
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking environment (e.g. account management, financial services, confidentiality and lending), or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire the necessary expertise.
• Very good command of English, which will be assessed as part of the application process.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong service-oriented mindset. You are able to understand customer needs, build trusting relationships and remain professional and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
• A solution-oriented approach, initiative and a genuine enjoyment of working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Gehalt & Benefits:

The position is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension thereafter. The gross annual salary ranges from EUR 57,000 to EUR 60,000 based on full-time employment. The actual remuneration will depend on your qualifications, professional experience and technical expertise.
