We specialize in providing innovative solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector entities, and NGOs.

Debt Advisory is one of our core advisory services. Within the Office of the CFO, we assist clients in areas such as arranging debt financing, refinancing existing debt, and optimizing capital structures. Our Debt Advisory team forms part of our Treasury Advisory Group within Zanders.

We are currently expanding our team and recruiting for an experienced professional in the Debt Advisory industry in Austria.

Your Role

This role will bring you a variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as:

• Helping to grow and strengthen Zanders as a Debt Advisor, with a special focus on corporate clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients in both the corporate and public sectors
• Contributing to the team’s development by enhancing both technical expertise and interpersonal skills
• Working on a range of projects, primarily in corporate debt advisory, with opportunities to explore treasury and risk management as well

Skills to be successful

• Deep understanding of the corporate Debt Advisory market, with a strong network in Austria and the DACH region
• Proven track record in Debt Advisory and knowledge of best market practices
• Large network in the corporate client space in Austria (Germany is a plus)
• Strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships
• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Fluency in both German and English
