The position
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our HP Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will drive business value by designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centred solutions that enable users to unlock actionable insights from data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our data and analytics solutions deliver measurable impact and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for data and analytics solutions.
- Plan and execute usability tests, analyze findings, and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with business partners, data analysts, and visualization specialists to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
- Apply user-centered design principles, ensure accessibility across all platforms and continuously monitor UX trends and best practices to drive ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Design or Research, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch) and expertise in user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and working in agile, iterative environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with a passion for enhancing user experience.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 73.800 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
