- Modellierung und Weiterentwicklung der Holding-Prozesse in allen Bereichen, mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung und Risikominimierung
- Analyse, Bewertung und methodische Unterstützung von Prozess- und Prozesslandkarten-Analysen innerhalb der Holding und der Gruppengesellschaften
- Identifikation und Förderung von Möglichkeiten zur intelligenten Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Austausch von Best Practices
- Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozess-Management-Community in der Gruppe

Ihr Profil
- Einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung mit BPM und ARIS (oder ähnliches Tool) wünschenswert
- Proaktive, eigenständige und äußerst verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und konsequente Umsetzung von Aufgaben bis zum Abschluss
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere CEE-Sprache von Vorteil
Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.248,70 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
