About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program
Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

home market and culminating in a truly international assignment.
- Home market immersion
- Gain business fluency: Dive into PMI’s home market operations for a comprehensive understanding of our commercial landscape, ongoing transformation efforts, and key priorities.

Who Can Apply?
We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: thinking professionals who thrive in complexity
- A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
- No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
- Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship).
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
- Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.

- We offer you an attractive basic salary of at least € 84,000/year gross, with the willingness to overpay in line with the market depending on experience and qualifications - regardless of gender. We are the first international enterprise to be Equal Salary certified.
