This is not a cold-calling, negotiation-heavy, results-chasing sales job
This is the role that ensures everything around our sales process
works: documentation, preparation, administration, coordination, and
communication.
Unwired Networks is a software and connectivity company modernizing how
public transport operators provide and monitor their onboard computers and
networks - through a cloud-based device management, connectivity and app
orchestration platform. ☁️📡📊

🧭 What will you do?
Your main tasks include:
Internal Sales & Communication tasks
- Preparing quotes, commercial offers, and standard contract documents using our internal templates
- Processing customer documents like orders, addendums, questionnaires
- Coordinating work across internal teams (Delivery, PreSales) when tasks require it
- Monitoring shared inboxes or customer queues to ensure timely replies
- Account Management of selected existing customers via online calls (DACH region)
- Answering basic questions, sending documents, following up on missing information
- Quarterly reporting of account health & ongoing projects
- Management of framework agreements, contract updates, renewals & upselling

🔍 Who are you?
You have experience in sales support, order processing, office administration, customer service, commercial operations, or a similar structured role
Experience with tech/software is a plus
You are fluent in German and English, any other languages are a pleasant surprise
You’re tech-curious, open-minded, and ready to learn the essentials of our products

- Process-minded – your are comfortable working with multiple templates and tools, and enjoy getting things done through them
- You enjoy calling people — a phone call and clear communication can solve what 1.000 emails can’t
🎁 What are your benefits?
- Salary range 36-46 k € depending on your profile (for a FTE equivalent)
- Uncapped sales commission
- Hybrid or fully remote work available within EU, with scheduled onsite times (~6 times/year)
- Flexible work hours (core collaborative window 10:00-15:00), compatible with your parental duties
