The position

As of now we are seeking an experienced Global Medicine Learning Manager who will be instrumental in participating in the evolution of the way we learn including the Medicine Academy.

In this position you will be based in Vienna and act as a Project Manager, coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to refine and advance our learning ecosystem.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Shape the Future of Learning: Work with the teams across functions to craft and implement digital tools like apps, forms, platforms, learning interventions that will help us meet business needs, continuously improve and provide an effective, agile learning experience.
  • Drive Quality Learning Output: Develop, improve and maintain standardized processes to deliver high-quality learning output. From managing learner registration to overseeing supplier management, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our learning programs and pathways are top-notch.
  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Identify and evaluate opportunities for outsourcing administrative tasks. Your keen eye for efficiency will help us streamline our processes, maximize our frameworks and resources and ensure quality and standards.
  • Manage Medicine Academy: Oversee the performance of Medicine Academy and work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and maintain processes and content and make it engaging to enhance learner experience.
  • Ensure Compliance and Performance: Adhere to the Medicine Quality Management System, government regulations, and company regulations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance and ethical decision-making in all our business practices. You will also develop, assess, and optimize the performance of our learning environment using different tools and KPIs, keeping us in line with the dynamic environment and learner needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in natural sciences, learning management or equivalent fields with experience in working in a global, cross-functional business environment
  • Strong project management skills and extensive experience in a managerial or professional position focusing on training and knowledge management, preferably in a global matrix setting within the pharmaceutical industry with a keen attention to detail
  • Profound knowledge and expertise in adult learning methodology for regulated environments including implementing and maintain digital learning systems and platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities and a creative out-of-the-box mindset
  • Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 60.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
