Senior Electronics Systems Engineer – Space Technology (m/w/x)

Would you like to help shape innovative space technologies and combine technical expertise with product responsibility and international customer engagement? In this role, you will help shape the next generation of electronic satellite systems – from technical concept development to coordination with customers and engineering teams.

• Technical responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of electronic satellite products
• Definition of system architectures, requirements, and technical specifications
• Contribution to international development projects and satellite missions
• Coordination of technical solutions with internal engineering teams and external customers
• Presentation and representation of products to customers and partners, as well as at international conferences

• Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, several years of experience in the development and analysis of embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of electronics, hardware/software systems, and technical systems engineering
• Experience in the space industry or with GNSS, PNT, RF technology, or electronic payloads is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, sound decision-making skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for international customer engagement
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and work on-site in Vienna at least three days per week

The salary depends on your qualifications and experience and ranges from €5,100 to €9,500 gross/month (full-time basis). Gross Net Calculator
