The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Contract Manager to join our great team in Vienna, where you’ll manage the end-to-end clinical trial site contracting process. This role offers the chance to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing directly to the success of clinical research projects. Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical trial contracting process end-to-end.
• Assure contracts are contracted timely and in line with internal and external rules and regulations.
• Resolve contracting obstacles while engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Support external supplier in contract negotiations process.

Requirements

• Expertise and experience in clinical trial contract management and negotiations. 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify problems and successfully implement solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while maintaining clear communication.
• Excellent internal and external negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 59.400 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
