Due to steady growth and international expansion, we are looking for a committed franchise partner to establish a new branch in Australia in the field of personnel consulting and recruiting.

Your responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in Australia
• Expansion of the company in Australia with franchise partners and/or employees
• Selling our services
• Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Preparing job profiles and advertisements
• Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment
• Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
• Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)

Your profile:

• Experience in HR consulting, sales or in a management position is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high level of self-motivation
