The position
As part of the regional Obesity marketing team, the role is responsible for assigned projects and initiatives, working closely with country teams and cross-functional colleagues to support successful launch preparation, execution, and long-term brand performance.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and provides broad exposure to obesity, regional marketing, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple markets.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive market insights, customer understanding, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities across the RCV region.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects and initiatives in line with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and execute customer-focused marketing activities, including digital and omnichannel campaigns.
- Collaborate with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and strong execution.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and drive continuous improvement through best practice sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial excellence, or related commercial functions, with strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Experience in obesity is strongly preferred; experience in patient activation, disease awareness, and direct-to-customer marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in digital engagement, social media campaigns, and customer-focused marketing activities.
- Experience working across multiple markets in the CEE and/or RCV region, with the ability to manage projects and drive execution in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with high learning agility and fluency in English

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 120.300 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
