The Position
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, global environment? As of now we are seeking a passionate and technical professional to become our new Global Learning Operations Associate within the Medicine RCV team.
Learning is a critical success factor within Boehringer Ingelheim’s Quality Management System. The Global Learning Operations team supports this by managing key systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LxP), enabling the efficient development, assignment, tracking, and monitoring of learning activities. In this role, you will help ensure the consistent execution of global, regional, and local Learning Operations processes, strengthen the learning experience, and maintain regulatory compliance across Medicine functions.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Act as Learning Operations business partner to assigned Medicine functions and R/OPUs, ensuring consistent implementation of learning processes.
- Evaluate and assign GxP-relevant documents (e.g., SOPs) and associated learnings globally, defining training needs based on roles.
- Own and manage curricula processes including creation of new curricula and leading annual curricula reviews with Curricula Owners.
- Design and develop learning pathways aligned with adult learning principles to enhance user experience and support upskilling of Medicine employees.
- Provide technical expertise and system troubleshooting, including data gathering, reporting, and analysis for non-compliances and quarterly Quality Management reporting.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in a global, cross-functional pharmaceutical (GxP) environment, including 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience maintaining and operating Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong IT skills (e.g., MS Office) demonstrated reliability, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to propose technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 64.170 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
