Your future role
Become part of the successful and innovative team at Rejlek Metal & Plastics Group and contribute your expertise in the field of quality management. Your responsibilities in detail:
- You act as an interface between customers and internal departments, accompany the APQP process, and assess technical feasibility already during the pre-project phase.
- You plan, organize, and carry out VDA and PPAP sampling for plastic and multi-component parts – including complete documentation in accordance with customer specifications.
- You moderate P-FMEA meetings, derive control plans, and ensure their practical implementation.
- You define the safeguard concept for special characteristics, select suitable testing and measuring equipment, and approve it after successful MSA.
- You reliably implement customer-specific requirements (CSR) during series launch and when changes occur.
- In close cooperation with design, production, and purchasing, you ensure that sampling results directly lead to product and process improvements.
- You independently conduct product audits and manage the implementation of resulting measures.
- In the event of customer complaints and process audits, you apply your experience effectively and support fast, sustainable problem-solving.
Desired qualifications
- Completed technical education at university level, ideally with a focus on plastics engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in quality management within the automotive sector (assembly experience welcome) or medical technology
- Certified knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan
- Experience with VDA volumes 2, 5, 6.5 as well as AIAG PPAP
- Certification as PSCR and internal process auditor according to VDA 6.3
- Fluent English skills; German is a strong advantage

Salary range
From EUR 4,000 gross/month (on full-time basis) according to qualifications and experience.
