Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Handling of general administrative tasks within the Clinical R&D department
- Organization of meetings and business trips and related documentation
- Management of incoming invoices, reporting of facility and IT equipment issues on department level
- Organizing Onboarding and Offboarding activities for new employees
- Various assistance in clinical trials, other departmental projects and ordering study equipment
- Contact with internal departments as needed
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Completed education (Secondary school or higher)
- Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Very good IT-Skills
- Professional use of English and German language, both written and oral
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3.395,16 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
