Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Managing the publications process related to clinical studies conducted by Octapharma
- Supervision and maintenance of the in-house literature database
- Medical revision and compilation of outgoing text documents (e.g. PIL, PI, SPC, DSURs/PSURs)
- Answering of medical enquiries associated with the use of any of the company’s products
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of a database for medical enquiries
- Medical Advisor and interface to internal departments
- Development and approval of marketing materials
- Support of Octapharma activities at international congresses
- Responsible for project management of phase IV programs
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Completed academic degree, ideally in a medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
- Experience in critical care, regulatory, clinical development or drug safety would be an advantage
- Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
- Fluent English, additional languages beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Readiness to travel

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
