Über die Rolle

The Southeast Asian enterprise is an international player in the telecommunications sector and offers network solutions and is also involved in the expansion of the fibre optic network. Become part of the international Core Network Team and support the most important mobile phone providers in Austria.

Deine Aufgaben

• <strong>Customer-facing support:</strong> Acting as the technical point of contact between the network operator and vendor’s level 3 support, ensuring professional and solution-oriented communication

• <strong>Network operations & maintenance:</strong> Performing maintenance and support tasks on voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud-based telecom environment

• <strong>Incident handling & troubleshooting:</strong> Processing and tracing trouble tickets, identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal and external teams

• <strong>Change management & upgrades:</strong> Executing software upgrades, system changes and performance optimizations within the core network infrastructure

• <strong>Monitoring & analysis:</strong> Continuously monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements

• <strong>On-call support:</strong> Participation in on-call rotations as required to ensure 24/7 service availability

Dein Profil

• <strong>Education & Experience:</strong> Degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field. Alternatively, several years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry

• <strong>Technical Background:</strong> Solid understanding of network technologies and mobile core networks, with practical experience in network support roles

• <strong>System Skills:</strong> Confident handling of basic Linux and Windows commands, with an ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across platforms

• <strong>Teamwork & Communication:</strong> Open mindset for working in multicultural environments and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• <strong>Reliability & Proactivity:</strong> Ability to take initiative, remain calm under pressure, and take ownership of tasks in a dynamic operational environment

Gehaltsspanne & Benefits

Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 3.000,- bis € 4.500,- (14 x p.a. bezahlt), je nach konkreter Qualifikation und beruflicher Vorerfahrung.
