The position
As of now we are seeking a well-organized and team-orientated Commercial coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Animal Health Department at Boehringer Ingelheim site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be the support of the Central Cluster commercial and marketing manager in all sales and marketing related tasks.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Be our Central Cluster distributors’ first point of contact for all activities in line with all enabling functions (order management, forecasts, bonus, credit notes, payment, contracts, etc.).
- Analyse forecasts, sales and the distributor's inventory status in order to anticipate customer needs and adjust if needed.
- Support Commercial and Marketing manager in order to reach targets.
- Estimate monthly and quarterly turnover by following order process.
- Risk Assessment with SCM Manager during S&OP meeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- 3+ years’ experience in an export assistant position or similar role. Knowledge of Export techniques is an advantage.
- Forecast understanding, commercial and customer sense, team spirit, ability to prioritize and work on several topics in parallel.
- Advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel is a must), SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, speaking any Adriatic or Baltic language is an advantage.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 56.500 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
